Be Fruitful and Glorify?

This month has been fill with unrest, fear,  sickness, and injustice. I wanted to reflect on the importance of understanding our value in Christ.  I have written a poem talking about the release of pain, rejection, and isolation I have felt most of my life. I am learning to value who I am in Christ. I pray that the following poem below encourages you to see yourself as God sees you. You have a place, ministry, purpose, anointing, and promise in El Roi, the God who sees me.

I hold my head high. Why? Because behind this strength, is a story. Here in this story, there was pain, drain, blame, and loneliness that remained. Until the Lord gave a change. Can I be talented, anointed, or gifted? Where do I fit. Where do I stand. Looking at this life with opposition unknowingly being molded in preparation by He who understood my mission. All of a sudden His whispers began to sound like a voice that came to shake the god of inferiority that took root in my life.
El Shaddi reframed the direction. God redirected the path. Lifted me from the chains. The Lord healed me. He saves me from the doubts I see. Makes a way for my name to be grafted in His ways. Child of the Most High God. Do you not know who you are? Written in the Book of Life from the gift the Lord sacrificed. He has made a place for you to be true to who He calls you. Yet, we choose to believe lies. [Insert your name]. Who told you that you were the weak one, short one, the dumb one, the ugly one, scared one, or not good enough one. Is not our God greater than all that is in this world? All the things you have been through made you who you are in Him. I stand because you were pierced. I kneel because you were bruised. I pray because you were whipped. I rise because you arose. All of the bad that was within me you have taken so I can be found good, pleasing, and beautiful in your sight.
How could I not praise you?
You are [Insert your name] because He is.
