A Hate Life To A Love Life

Luke 14:28-30

28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it— 29 lest, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, 30 saying, ‘This man began to build and was not able to finish’?

I know that if you are reading this, you may have aspects of your life that you do not wanna say, but you hate it. I believe honesty is the first step in helping us figure out what posture to have in Christ that is appropriate and accurate to the Word. Of course, we must transition from hating our lives into the reality of loving our lives not because of the situation, but because in all things we have a God who is fighting for us.

How can I transform the hate of my own life into love?

Be honest and open to the Lord. What I mean by that is, if you hate something, tell the Lord that. Be honest and allow His Grace to change your heart.

But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this? Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand.

1 Chronicle 29:14

Please consider the following questions:

Am I allowing my trauma to control the reality of the situation?

What does that look like?

What hate is holding you back from loving your life?
