Seeking to Trust God:

Hebrews 12:27-29 (NKJV)

27 Now this, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. 29 For our God [is] a consuming fire.

Proverbs 3:5-6

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight."

  • Surrendering Control: It involves letting go of the desire to control everything and trusting that God's wisdom surpasses our limited understanding. Even when things seem unclear or uncertain, we believe that God is working for our good.

  • Acknowledging God's Sovereignty: In all areas of life—big and small—we are called to submit to His will. This is more than just praying or seeking guidance occasionally; it’s about consistently seeking God's direction in every decision, action, and step we take.

  • Following His Guidance: The promise is that when we do trust and submit, God will lead us on the right path. He may not reveal the whole journey at once, but step by step, He guides us toward His purpose for our lives.

Is there a specific situation where you feel challenged to trust God in this way right now?
